Orders are subject to availability, schedule confirmation, and successful internal review. Bubble Events may split one checkout into multiple vendor reservations while keeping one customer order journey.

Terms and Conditions
These terms govern every booking, rental, delivery, payment, and service request placed through Bubble Events. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
Customer information
The customer must provide accurate contact, address, delivery, and payment information. Delays, failed delivery, or service issues caused by incorrect customer details remain the customer responsibility.
Payments and pricing
Quoted prices, delivery charges, deposits, and payment methods shown at checkout form part of the final agreement. Online payment success is required before an order is treated as fully paid.
Changes and cancellations
Requested order changes or cancellations may affect price, availability, delivery timing, or refund eligibility. Bubble Events may apply reasonable charges for late changes, committed stock, or already scheduled services.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and pickup windows are scheduled according to the order details. The customer must ensure safe site access, authorized acceptance of delivery, and timely return or collection of rented items.
Use of rented items
Customers must use products safely, lawfully, and according to any instructions provided. Loss, misuse, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional repair or replacement charges.
Liability and force majeure
Bubble Events is not responsible for delays or service disruption caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, government action, access restrictions, utility failure, or third-party network issues.
Acceptance record
When a customer accepts these terms during checkout, Bubble Events may store the acceptance timestamp, order reference, payment method, IP address, user agent, and the exact terms version accepted for legal and operational records.
