The setup area must be flat, safe, and suitable for installation, with a proper main power source available before delivery.

Terms and Conditions
These terms govern all bookings, rentals, delivery, installation, usage, payment, and service requests. By confirming an order, the customer agrees to follow and accept all terms and conditions.
Changes within 24 hours
Any change requested within 24 hours may incur a 20 KWD fee and may cause delay in scheduling or delivery.
Rented locations
For rented locations, the client must obtain approval from the property owner or responsible party before installation.
Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed only after payment. Changes or cancellations are allowed before 48 hours. If the company cancels, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Usage and supervision
Use is prohibited during bad weather conditions. Parental or responsible adult supervision is strictly required at all times. The client is fully responsible for supervising all participants, including children and adults, during the use of the equipment. The company shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or incidents that may occur during use, whether involving children or adults. All activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Use of rented items
No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, adults, or overcrowding are allowed inside the equipment. Rental duration starts from installation time.
Damage, return, and risk
Equipment cannot be moved without approval. Any damage requires repair or replacement cost. Late return may result in extra charges. The company is not responsible for injuries, falls, or accidents, and all equipment is used at the client’s own risk. Confirmation by “PAID”, “YES”, or signature means full agreement.
Installation damages
The company is not responsible for any damage caused during installation at the customer’s location.
